Count Olaf returns this March.
The second season of Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events will debut on Netflix on March 30.
Netflix revealed the premiere date in a teaser for Season 2. At the start of the teaser, Neil Patrick Harris’ Count Olaf rings in the new year by introducing viewers to the first look at A Series of Unfortunate Events’ second season, which will cover books five through nine of Daniel Handler’s series of children’s novels.
Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events was renewed for a second season by Netflix in March of last year, not long after the debut of Season 1, which is not only one of the 5 best streaming series you might have missed last year, but was also nominated as one of IGN’s Best New TV Series of 2017.
Read IGN’s review of Season 1 to find out why “Netflix’s adaptation is a smart approach to tackling the first four books in the franchise, with beautiful set design that is a joy to watch and self-aware scripting that should please word nerds.”
