Aim with more precision.

Fortnite’s Season 5 update is here and it brings with it two significant changes on Switch.

The update now adds motion controls to Switch. This will let players waggle their Joy-Cons to aim at enemies with a bit more precision. The second change is the ability to use your Epic Games account even if you’ve played on PlayStation 4.

Epic detailed the downtime for the 5.0 patch yesterday, while the full patch notes were revealed earlier today. Some of the big changes include the map getting an update with a new desert biome, a new vehicle named the All Terrain Kart (ATK), some big updates for weekly challenges, and much more.

While waiting for the new season to roll around, a few players created Fortnite bingo. The Fortnite Summer Skirmish, an 8-week series of competitions with a prize pool of $8 million, has also been announced.
